Conditions of Use
All reformer classes are 50 minutes long.
All privates and semi-private sessions are 55 minutes long.
All private, semi-private sessions and classes are subject to a 24-hour cancellation period.
Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene and are available for purchase at the studio.
For your safety and the consideration of others, mobile phone usage during all pilates sessions/classes is not permitted.
All sessions and classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiration dates apply to all class packages. (See below)

Private Pilates & Reformer Classes

5 pack of privates/semi-privates has a 2 month expiry and the 10 pack of privates/semi-privates has a 4 month expiry.
For semi-private sessions which is for 2 people sharing, it is up to you to find your friend.

The Intro Offer pack includes 2 reformer classes and is valid for 14 days from the purchase date and only for new clients to Homestretch. This offer can only be used once per customer.
The 5 pack of reformer classes has a 1 month expiry from first class, the 10 pack has a 3 month expiry from first class and the 20 pack has a 4 month expiry from first class. The single class is valid for 7 days from the purchase date.

Pricing options on class packs can be shared with your partner or family members. Please contact the studio for this to be set up.
Packs cannot be extended unless you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions must be requested by email before the expiry date. Extensions are decided on a case-by-case basis, and Homestretch reserves the right to determine the duration of the extension. Otherwise there are no extensions on packs.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for single or packs of classes. If you cancel your class within 24 hours or do not show up, your session will be forfeited.
Mememberships
The Membership options, i.e., 2, 3, and unlimited classes per week will be subject to payment via direct debit or credit card each week from the sale date. The minimum term for memberships at Homestretch is 12 weeks, after which point the membership automatically continues on a weekly basis.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For a late cancellation or no-show you will forfeit your class and incur a $10 fee. Failed autopay will incur a $3 charge per failed payment.
Any classes booked over your membership limit, will be charged $25 per class. Unused classes will not rollover if you do not book or attend your maximum limit of membership classes during the allocated week.
All memberships can be paused at any time with 1 week's notice (1 payment). They can be paused up to 4 times every 12 months (from the date of purchase) for a minimum period of one (1) week (1 payment) and a maximum total of 8 weeks (8 payments). Notice must be sent via email to info@homestretch.net.au.

If you are injured, memberships can be paused from the next payment period date, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Pause periods are decided on a case-by-case basis, and Homestretch reserves the right to determine the duration of the pausing of your membership while you are injured.
After the initial commitment period, your membership will continue. Memberships can be cancelled after the initial fixed term of 12 weeks by email to info@homestretch.net.au with at least 1 week’s (minimum 1 final payment) notice.
All of our membership options are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Our memberships cannot be shared with anyone and are for individual use only. We reserve the right to raise membership and pack prices at any time, including for existing memberships. We will normally implement a small increase annually.
Bookings
Classes can be booked via the website www.homestretch.net.au or the Mindbody app or contacting Homestretch direct on 0404 525 139 We recommend booking in advance as classes get busy.
Waitlists
In the event that the class is full, clients can go on the waitlist via the booking system or contact Homestretch 0404 525 139. This will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a notification if we are able to offer a spot in the class. Confirmation at this stage is essential. Otherwise, the studio will contact the next client on the waiting list. Please note that failure to attend the class after being selected from the waitlist would mean forfeiture of that class credit.
New Clients
New clients attending their first class must arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time to familiarise themselves with the studio, reformers and complete a health questionnaire form. Other clients must arrive no more than five minutes late for class. Late arrivals may be denied entry at the discretion of the trainer.
Changes & Cancellations
Classes are run on a first-come, first-served basis. If the minimum number of clients per class is not met (2 clients), Homestretch reserves the right to cancel the class. The studio will contact clients in the event of class cancellation. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
Our cancellation policy is in place to make sure everyone has a chance to attend a class or session. Cancellations are the responsibility of the person booking the class. Cancellations can be made through our website www.homestretch.net.au the Mindbody app, or by texting the studio on 0404 525 139 or emailing info@homestretch.net.au (Ideally, cancel the same way as you booked the session/class).
If you cancel your session within 24 hours or do not show up, your session will be forfeited and a fee may apply (Members)
Health & Age Restrictions
Clients who are pregnant can attend classes with a medical clearance from their doctor, and Homestretch reserves the right to refuse or limit training to clients.
