Studio Equipment Sessions.

Our classes and sessions aim to help your relieve stress and tension, strengthen your body,
improve your posture and alignment, and keep you feeling fit and resilient!
What we offer
Group Reformer Classes
(50minutes, 7 reformers)
Our FOUNDATION class is a great all round class which includes flexibility, mobility and strength. More focus is on technique and control. A great class to start with if you are new to pilates. Modifications will be given throughout the class to suit your own individual goals.
This class is great for clients new to pilates and is also suitable for pre/post natal clients.
(For clients new to Pilates, an orientation session is required)*
Our CORE class is an intermediate reformer class which focusses on building endurance, enhancing flexibility and strengthening the entire body. You will definitely feel the burn in this class!
This class is suitable for those that have a good knowledge of pilates practice.
Our FIT class is nice and strong and simple! Focus is on strength, control and balance using a mixture of equipment including the cardio tramp, weights and props for balance.
This class is suitable for clients without any injuries
Not suitable for pre/post natal clients
Our SENIOR class is designed for the aging independent mover! With extra modification tips, this class is designed for all levels and will be fun and challenging.
Private Studio Pilates
Private sessions are a perfect way to help with rehabilitation needs or injuries. From elite athletes to fitness enthusiasts, pilates will improve your overall performance. Our private studio has a Stott cadillac table, barrels, chair and a reformer so the sessions are dynamic, challenging and stimulating for both the mind and the body.
PRIVATE ONE ON ONE PILATES
In these one on one sessions we develop a programme that is designed specifically around your strengths, weaknesses, flexibility and personal goals.
PRIVATE PILATES FOR TWO
All the benefits of above but sharing the session with a partner or a friend. Please note for this session, it is up to you to arrange a partner.

Book a FREE 1/2 hour Orientation Session. You will receive a postural assessment. We’ll discuss your health history, goals and teach you the basic principles.
